We arrived at the hotel before 5:00 PM , there were only a few cars in the parking lot. I had booked the room and paid for it online the night before. We were traveling with our two small dogs, but there was no way to pay the ridiculous fee for pets on the website. So I told the lady at the desk we had the dogs. I asked for a first floor room near the end of the building to make it easier to take the dogs out. She said no they were all full. I do not believe those rooms were taken. They simply have certain rooms they put people with dogs in. They put us on the second floor and the rooms around us were all people with dogs. I just hate being lied to.

Great Hotel Service

All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. When we checked into the hotel, the representative was very pleasant. Even the ladies cleaning the room on our floor were so so nice and helpful! It is always nice to have great service. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for making our stay great!
