The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used linens in sheets and pillow cases in the second floor bath tub.
$80.00 Pet Fee is per pet. Limit 2 pets. Those with pets are required to pick up pet feces from the yard, or an additional cleaning fee of 80.00 will be added.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The rate is based on a four person occupancy. Any additional people over four will be an additional $30 per person per night
Pet feces left in yard must be cleaned up by renter. An additional fee of $80.00 will be added if owner must clean up pet feces from yard.
Long Term Cleaning Fee of $120 will be applied for guests who stay over five days. A fee of $180 will apply to guests who stay over 12 days.
