AKA is the place for me

The bed was comfortable, clean,, relaxing and firm. I mean I could move around on my side of the bed and my granddaughter didn't even feel me moving in and out of the bed. The restaurant on the first floor food was awesome, The Market that was also on the 1st floor that served food and drinks was awesome. The breakfast that I had there was healthy, freshly prepared and delicious. I don't know what to say. Everything at this hotel was great.Transportation the driver was such a gentleman, I was there 4 days and each time he had a smile on his face, he was ready to take you where you wanted to go that was at least 2 miles away. If you asked him about where to go,where to eat. He could tell you if you didn't think that you wanted to eat what he suggested. He would drive you to the area where the music,the food & the shopping was,you could wallk alonne the the beach everything was at he was awesom. The people at the desk was real friendly. They made you feel comfortable being there. You could call down and ask any question. They had the answer for you and they made me feel very special I was blessed It was my 69th birthday and I was there for 4 days.Thank you AKA I had a blast, Anytime I come to West Palm Beach again I will be staying there.

Amazing hotel!

I never leave reviews, but this Hotel deserve the review. I had an amazing time. I met people at the pool area exchange numbers and we all had a great time together. I’m definitely coming back there. Amazing hotel awesome staff very clean and very comfortable.

We checked in , Bradley at reception was gracious, upgraded our room for us . He explained our VIP status, we had a $30 voucher for dinner at the restaurant The Blind Monkey. It was an excellent dining experience. Food & cocktails wonderful. Pool are inviting, great towels & lounges , with a bar area right of of the pool . AKA was a great stay

Great property! From the front desk staff, to the valet, everyone was very very polite, professional and helpful. The property itself is newer with beautiful rooms, clean, soundproof windows (there is a club across the street at the hotel, and a party was on, but you could barely hear inside the room). Very convenient location also. Nice small pool. Will definitely return next time we will be in West Palm Beach.
