Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish single family home. This two bedroom / one bathroom bungalow has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay in beautiful south Florida. Steps to the intracoastal, Publix, water sport and fishing rental shops, the marina & tiki bar and the world renowned snorkeling / scuba diving destination off the Blue Heron bridge. We are a mixed residential/marine industrial area. *Brand new listing, special pricing for monthly rentals (reflected in calendar)*

BEDROOMS: The home has two bedrooms (one king bedroom and one bedroom with 2 xl twin beds) with brand new hybrid / foam mattresses.

KITCHEN: There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook - brand new ceramic pots and pans, toaster oven, oven, microwave, bowls, strainers, knives - you name it! There is a Keurig coffee maker where you can choose to use coffee grounds or use our complementary K-cups.

OFFICE: For those working remotely, there is a dedicated office with two full size monitors, Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and docking station for you to just plug in and get to work quickly.

OUTDOORS: There is a private backyard with a new gas grill to fire up your fresh catch! There are also papaya and banana trees - help yourself if ripe!

OTHER: Additionally, we provide a washer/dryer, all beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrella), YouTube TV and fast WiFi.

Note: We have an exterior Ring doorbell / camera at the front door and exterior Ring camera above the side door. These are for security when guests are not occupying the property however, the doorbell and camera records motion as it is detected 24/7.
