What we provide (Starter Pack):
For the safety and hygiene of all our guests, we do not leave open or previously used food items (no salt, pepper, or cooking oil). We provide a limited "starter kit" to get you going:
• Sealed tea bags, sealed sugar, and Coffee Mate
• K-Cup coffee pods and sealed ground coffee (limited quantities to get you started on day one)
• Dish soap, a brand-new sponge, and one roll of paper towels
• Trash bags (quantity depends on length of stay)
Guests are welcome to buy additional supplies at nearby grocery stores as needed!
Host tip: Cabinet storage space is cozy — for extra dry groceries or large coolers, the dining area and outdoor patio work perfectly!

Quiet Hours 10pm to 9am , strictly enforced (No parties or events allowed )
Parking : free parking is available for up to 5 cars . All vehicles must be parked within a driveway located on the property (fits up to 3 cars) while 2 additional cars can be parked on the grass in front of the house .Cars are not permitted to park in the sidewalks or on the street under any circumstances.
Security Cameras cover only the exterior areas of the property , they remain on and in operation at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and the property.
No Smoking inside the house : violation of this rule result on additional $500 fee.
Pool Heating
We offer pool heating to 86°F at no additional cost.
If you prefer a temperature above 86°F , there will be an additional charge of $65 per day during your stay.
Our villa is nestled in an authentic, welcoming South Florida neighborhood. Our guests love the local charm and have always felt safe and comfortable throughout their stay
Aroma:
Our home includes a fragrance diffuser that provides a pleasant scent throughout the main areas of the villa. Many guests love and enjoy this aroma; however, we understand that some may be sensitive or prefer a scent-free environment.
If the fragrance is not comfortable for you, you may simply unplug the diffuser at any time. There is no need to notify the host. Your comfort is our priority.
Our property undergoes rigorous cleaning and sanitizing according to CDC Standards. Our dedicated team conduct pre-stay inspections to ensure an impeccable experience for you .
Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat for bugs, insects and ants, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this , kindly keep doors close as a preventive measure.

Propane tanks for the fire pit and grill will be replaced by the host at no additional charge, so please notify us if any need to be replace .
Landscaping and Pool Service occurs weekly, if you want to be notified in advance please inform the host upon check -in
