Our renovated condo boasts natural stone counter tops, high end appliances, double stainless steel sinks with garburator and custom cabinets. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a queen size pull out sofa in living room. You can enjoy a TV in the living room and one in the bedroom as well. The condo is 756 sq. ft. with a courtyard view and has a balcony with table and 2 chairs. For laundry needs there is a full size front loading stackable washer/dryer in the unit; storage space is plentiful and all bedding and linens are supplied.

The condo is situated in "The Tower in CityPlace" and nestled in the heart of downtown WPB. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, the pool and hot tub area is truly an oasis. If you feel so inclined take advantage of the gym that looks out at the pool and gardens. Other amenities include the movie theater, business center, and club house.

Our building is located across the street from the Kravis Center and Convention Center, which has endless list of entertainment and programs. Walk to restaurants, shopping and the nightlife on Clematis St. The beach and famous Worth Ave. on Palm Beach Island are a 5 minute drive over the bridge.

There is a Circuit shuttle available for free rides around town and the Brightline & Tri-Rail trains are 7 minutes away that can take you to Fort Lauderdale or Miami in a short trip.

Amazing condo in an amazing location!

Upon arrival the guest access is easy. The key is available with the concierge at the front desk. You will receive wifi and condo information via email prior to your stay. The concierge will direct you to your parking space and condo, and will offer a cart to help bring in your luggage.

Our condo association requires a short term rental agreement that we will send you via email during the booking process.

We are available by phone, text or email and respond immediately to any questions you may have. We only ask that you enjoy your stay and take in all the beauty that West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Island has to offer.
