It was a really nice experience. Staff was super friendly and since it was our 30th anniversary, they let our friends decorate our room. So it was a nice surprise. The mall and restaurants were walking distance.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in. We have traveled over the last couple of months recently and I wish we chosen Hiltons for our previous stays. Our room was clean and stoxked with water which I appreciated. The breakfast was awesome! You do have to pay an additional $11 for it but it was well worth it! The shopping and dining in the area was wonderful as well. We will definitely choose Hilton going forward.

We came in town for a concert. We ended up getting a room that apparently had pets prior because dog food was on the floor when we entered the room. I approached the front desk and was told they would notify the manager. Uhmmm ok. What about notifying the housekeeping. Or having rooms designed separately for pet visitors IN CASE SOMEONE HAS ALLERGIES. Then the next morning, housekeeping knocked on our door like 3 times to see if we were checking out 45 minutes prior to check out time. That's never happened. Luckily, I reviewed my emails to find out check out time prior.
