Staff was great, but hotel a bit run down. 1st room we got had no heat (cold spell in Fla at the time) so after they checked they moved us to another….but the hot water was iffy. The hot water worked on Monday morning, but Sunday night we ran & ran the water & didn’t get above tempid. There was other people with hot water issues too & they ended getting a refund & going to another hotel.

It started with the phone not working. We were working on an emergency job and didnt get in until 5 am. Tried to call several times. Tried to book additional night at check in and was told we had to book online only. booked online and was told we had to switch rooms or pay $25 per room if we wanted to stay in the same room. Front Desk Staff was the complete opposite of helpful.

It’s really a crappy hotel - dark rooms, lamps with MIA switches do you can’t turn them in, lukewarm coffee and “hot” water at breakfast - and the “free shuttle” only runs from something like 10 to 5. The whole place is kind of dirty too.

Shabby, worn but cost-effective, if you like. We did not experience bugs as other reviews mentioned. But the first room (211) we entered had stained old carpet throughout and had a floor. No problem moving to another fresher and neater room. The lobby is depressing - the worst furniture one can buy from a second-hand store - certainly discourages hanging out. There is no other place to congregate except the breakfast room when it is open. Breakfast is cold cereal, waffles, apples and oranges, Dannon low fat yogurt cups, bagels, muffins, toast. The coffee is good

Room was disgusting. Hotel was dirty and run down. Positive was the bed was quite comfortable and front desk woman was nice. Carpet in bedroom was sticky and gross. Breakfast was surprisingly fine. Good selection.

Stay was an overnight before a flight. For that reason the accommodations were suitable. For the future stays i do not recommend this hotel. The hotel needs lots of upgrading in the areas of the hallways.The bathrooms and some of the rooms. The room I stayed in was very small. Even though it was a four size bed, the room was still small. Air conditioning works well when it's hot outside.But it makes the room very cold with the curtains closed. The shuttle starts too late for people who have to go to the airport early and breakfast is not available early enough.

I wasn’t very impressed with this hotel. The staff was OK. The breakfast was OK but for the price of a La Quinta it was expensive, especially when you see the room wear and tear. I usually don’t post reviews, but I feel people should see what it actually looks like in the room before you book it. These are things that could be repaired and cleaned up. The paying almost $200 for this room was ridiculous.

Didn’t have fox channel which my football team was playing on. First room tv sound didn’t work so moved me to another room which had less than 38 inch screen. Breakfast was okay coffee not good. Building was beat up and while clean there was hair in bathroom and I am bald so cleanliness was suspect.
