The staff was very friendly. 5 out of 5 stars for customer service. 😊 The only complaint that I have about the property is the cleanliness of the room. You could tell that the floors were not swept and mopped. I was also moved to a different room due to plumbing issues. Overall, the bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows! 🙃 Having an IHop only less than a minute walk from the property was a very nice touch! 😊

Very friendly desk clerks always willing to help. I was a little apprehensive from our experience at Quality Inn Zephyrhills , but was very pleased how we were treated. Would recommend this Quality Inn to anyone . Would be nice to have a dog walk.

I have stayed at this hotel every time I have flown into west palm beach so about 12 times. When I say as a solo female traveler that I feel safe in this hotel and area I feel safe. The staff expecially Shahlia who helps with the breakfast during the week is my favorite person. The hotel manager is a phenomenal human being who protects and ensures the staff and guests are well taken care of. Susan who works the front desk is the kindest women she never gets frustrated with the guests no matter how busy it gets or if any issues arise. The man who works at the desk over the weekend is beyond patient and is eager to help! I have stayed at multiple hotels in the area and this is my favorite! I WILL be back as long as the manager and staff stay I will stay!

Good location to West Palm Beach, but did not like the doors to the outdoors and the huge windows that anyone could look in. You always have to have the curtains shut. Also, I came back one night and my door was open. I know I double checked that it was closed when I left because my key card hadn't been working. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but a disconcerting feeling, for sure.

Susanna is amazing !

Susanna, the front desk supervisor is amazing, perfect check in. Susanna was very welcoming and started my 2 night stay (04.17.25) on the right foot. Cannot say enough about Susanna, she arranged a transfer for me since my flight was at 6:00am, just so nice and accommodating, Quality Inn is very lucky to have her representing their brand. Brava ! Very nice and clean hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and the bed is very comfortable. Nice pool area, quiet and very relaxing. The area around the hotel is a little dicey due to the fact the area is very desolate at night due to its location at the airport, most of the traffic of people is during the day. IHOP is in the same parking lot. The hotel has security at night that monitors the property. Nice variety for breakfast, clean and maintained. The front desk has a representative 24 hours a day. Highly Recommended, say “Hello” to Susanna when you arrive
