I booked the room at midnight and said that I would be checking in at the time. I get to the motel to check in and they tell me that I booked for the following day at 4. I already had a room booked for that day so i could not use it even if i wanted to. They tefused to help me or refund me my money. Expedia did nothing to help me or even try to resolve the issue. I wont be using either even again!!

The bathroom is old and looks so dirty. Lots of dirt in the grout. Did not take a shower, would rather skip that use that bathroom/shower. Otherwise the rest of the room was fine.

Terrible Stay

We have been traveling for my fiancé’s employment, and so I booked this hotel based on price and reviews. However, I was disheartened the minute we checked in. The hotel staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I couldn’t believe how disrespectfully I was treated as a guest, not only by the check-in host, but also the cleaning crew. It was as if they didn’t want to be bothered. The hotel itself felt unsafe, and trashy. The room was mediocre, and the beds terrible. We could not wait to check out and be on our way.

The staff are unprofessional and highly rude. The half clean the rooms. Leave feces stains all over the bathroom and blame it on you , while secretly charging you a $150 fee. I Highly HIGHLY don’t recommend. I will sleep on a bus bench before booking another stay here !

Never smoked in the room but got charged an extra

The place was dirty but I still got charged a smoking fee with the place that they do not clean on a regular basis. No housekeeping for the entire week I was there. The shower head sprayed more out of the back than the front.

The front desk lady was so rude, and to check in early is additional money even tho it was a hour early. There was very suspicious activity going on outside. My bathroom door had a hole like someone punched thru it. I reported it and was told yea we know. There was black mold maybe in the bathroom. Not a safe place for the price

Worst Hotel in the USA

Only option bulldoze the hotel and build a new one. Worst hotel I’ve stay at in the USA. Super disappointed. Not too happy with Hotels.com either. They should get this place off their website.

If you don’t mind not having a clean room, fresh towels every day then this is the place for you. I’m just being honest. There’s a gentleman at the front desk that moves slow, talks very low and doesn’t give a crap about anything or anyone. I watched him turn away a couple that wanted to pay cash despite the sign in the wall saying cash or cards is accepted. I also spoke to other guests that said they had issues with their tv, ac and roaches. Luckily I didn’t have either but it makes you wonder where the dice is going to fall.

I did not stayed at all. As I checked in I went to room and I open the small fridge door. At least 3 roaches came right out. It grossed me out. Went back to front office told the manager that I couldn’t stay and the reason. Manager didn’t say much. Not like she was surprised at all. Said that I would get my refund. It is such great location. But. The hotel is running by incompetent people. The side walks was nasty doors too. It needs a deep cleaning. Maybe removed the nasty carpet? Would be a good start. The front office manager was not professional either. I will Never go back
