Lovely Home

From booking to check out, the communication with the property management company was excellent. They were quick to respond and address any questions or issues we had. One of the reasons we booked this property was for the kitchen and it was perfect for cooking family meals - it was better stocked than we expected with newer pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. It was also stocked with bags, wraps, paper towels and cleaning supplies which were appreciated. Rooms were good sized and there was plenty of space to spread out with two screened porch areas, a front patio and the back yard. Linens were all white (which we prefer), and felt good quality, along with the towels. Plenty of pool towels also provided. The reason we gave it a 4 for listing accuracy is that the listing indicates there is a shower in every bathroom and there is not. It is 2.5 bathrooms (again, plenty for us because there are just two of us). The home is located a little North of downtown West Palm Beach so it is close to everything and one of the bridges to Palm Beach was incredibly close. For being located across from a multi family home, the neighborhood was very quiet. Overall, very satisfied with this home and again, the management company was the best we’ve encountered in our many years of renting.
