Located in the heart of West Palm Beach, the Grandview Heights neighborhood is surrounded by West Palm Beach's most historical and affluent neighborhoods. Adjacent to many downtown landmarks, including Howard Park, the Norton Museum of Art, Rosemary Square (ex-CityPlace) and the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The house is relatively close to the beach, Palm Beach International Airport, the Brightline and only a few blocks from the intercoastal. Boutiques, restaurants, antique row are just steps away.

You will be able to walk to everything in minutes.

In a nutshell, If you're looking for a pleasant stay, in a safe and secure environment you've found it.

The house is centrally located in the Heart of West Palm Beach, near shops and commodities. Only 10 min drive from the Airport, 15 minutes away on foot from the West Palm Beach Brightline train station. However having a car in South Florida is most often essential and practical particularly when you have access to free parking at the property. You can also acquire a free ride from the Circuit App, our local shuttle that that picks you up at the house and takes you around the town and to the beach. Uber is also great for acquiring inexpensive rides nearby. West Palm Beach has a train station where you can take Amtrak to and from Orlando, Tampa, and other cities. Additionally, Tri- rail trains can be taken to Miami and cities in between from the station which is only 3 minutes ride away.
