I stayed at this hotel recently and appreciated the spacious room, full-size fridge and microwave, WiFi, and cable TV—all very convenient for my stay. The shower pressure wasn’t the strongest, and items like a hair dryer or iron need to be requested from the front desk. There were a few minor issues during my stay, but when I brought them to the front desk’s attention, they were handled promptly.

there was no cups no nothing I tried calling from 2:00 until we got there at 7:00 and nobody ever answered the phone and when I asked the girl at the counter she goes oh well I'm the only one here I said so nobody answers the phone from 2:00 till 7:00 I had no idea if they were anybody was there to check us in or not

The front desk staff all were excellent. The only thing that kept me from sleeping were the guest above me and next to my room. I felt like they were going to fall in my room. The walls and ceilings are very transparent. I also feel there should be more maintenance done on each floor. I was on the 3rd floor and the hallways smel l ed like urine. Perhaps, place refresh or odor spray around the building. I recommend the hotel and I would rebook again. Liked the area is safe to me.
