One of four elevators functioning for two towers. Old room with cigarette burns and stains on the carpet, one of the two beds sagged so badly— unsleepable. Room door trashed—obviously broken into. Casino was OK and upgraded— so, nice spot to gamble, awful place to sleep (or try to). Be great to get a refund of 50% or more reflecting actual value.

We had two rooms in tower 2 and they were in total disarray. The carpets were duck tape everywhere the wall paper was falling off everywhere. There was one elevator that worked it took 20 to 30 mins waiting for it each time. I was just so disappointed for the price

The person at the front desk was nice, the bedding seemed clean, everything else was terrible. We were in the tower, this building is very neglected. Wallpaper was peeling everywhere, the carpet in the hallway was dirty and thread bare in places. The shower in the room was dirty. The shower head spayed a stream to the ceiling which was causing the paint to peel. Also the hot water to the shower was lukewarm. The heater stuck on. The windows were filthy and there were bright parking lot lights shining into the room.

Room was horribly kept. Most lights in the room wouldn’t turn on. Holes in the walls, toilet had difficulty flushing, and wallpaper coming off the wall. Bed was clean but the rest of the room was old and outdated. Not worth the money spent

Dirty, smelly room and hotel. Only one elevator working and it was in very poor condition. They charged a “resort fee” for what? The pool or hot tub was not open, no extra amenities, pretty much just an additional charge to make more money for doing nothing.

Not since I was forced to stay at the Oakland Airport Motel 6 have I been to a worse hotel. The rooms and building were in disrepair. One tower elevator was out of service and the other can only be described as frightening. I find it hard to believe that it had been inspected for safe usage. A late night request for pillows was met with "we dont have access to that until 8am. What? The ones in the room looked like something you would find left behind in a college dorm after years of use. For the first time I was concerned about what sort of contact infection i would leave with. The bed was not properly attached to the frame and resulted in injuries when walking past the bed. I am not a high maintenance traveler, but this place needs to take a minute and get their act together. Hotels.com would be best served by removing their listing for future bookings.
