The rooms haven’t been updated in decades. Elevators were terrible. Room was stuffy, the AC is outdated, tv outdated. Overall terrible experience

The floor in our bathroom were sticky and our carpets were dirty. There was dirty handprints on the bathroom door and the toilet seat was falling off. We also has nothing except free tv channels. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and the tv was a nice size.

Room wasn't too bad. I've seen worse, but the elevator wouldn't stop on the 4th floor. I could take it too the 4th floor but when i wanted to leave that floor i could hear the elevator working and trying but the foors never opened. I waited over 4 min one day and over 3 the next. When we walked up there were 4-5 employes that ignored us fully then walked away before the person who started next was even behind the counter. The lady that checked us in was in a god awful mood. She just started her shift and clearly didn't want to be there. Your front desk staff is the face of your company. They are the ones we see first. If you don't have friendly first meet, chances are your not going to have the best stay. The faces of your company need to be revamped and customer service classes might be in order. They have them online.

The room was fine. The black out curtain did close all the way. The air circulation wasn't on so room resulted in a musty smell when first entering. Holiday garden area was absolutely beautiful. Courtesy waitresses were a little negligent or neglectful on the casino floor when offering drinks and then actually bringing them. Ventilation where the air blows out in the rooms needs to have some sort of vent that allows the air to go up instead of directly out, elevator lighting needs to be fixed along with lighting in the restaurant it was too dimmed to even see the menu. Otherwise main staff was fantastic and experience was generally a good one

Only one elevator was working and it was crazy slow. No hot water in the room. When the maintenance guy came he said you just have to let it run for 15 or 20 minutes. He stood there with the water running until it got warm. The hot tub was locked. When I called the front desk they said it was out of season. Pretty cheap and run down place
