Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is perfect to start your day. It's a quiet and beautiful place with a view of marshland and the bay. It's not far from the Cape Cod -Hyannis ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.

My husband and I loved staying at this hotel, the room was standard, but the outside area was wonderful. We went to this area for a dinner train ride and when we returned to the hotel the outside fire pits were going with hotel guests sitting around chatting. The salt marsh was pretty with multiple species of birds including swans. We would love to stay here again.

This was an excellent place to stay. The bed was comfy, the water pressure was great and you could not beat the location. The free breakfast was very good and the Moby Dick bar was very fun. They also have a firepit that they light every night and the staff was so friendly! They gave us great restaurant suggestions too!

The breakfast was great. The pool, sauna, and Hot tub were nice. We never made it to the bar; the hotel was conveniently close to restaurants and the town. Would stay there again. The fire pit was nice to sit by at night. No complaints.

The motel was nice, front desk employees were professional. The house keeping didn't service our room one night and no one told us we had to request it. No clean towels or bed made when we came back that day. There was a golf tournament group staying there and their last night they set up a cornhole game in the parking lot with flood lights and were drinking and the language was terrible. My wife went to use the pool and she said every other word was F. We were on the end and couldn't keep our window open because of the yelling and the language. We talked to people at breakfast the next morning and they also said the language was terrible. We complained the next morning and the front desk said they get a lot of golf tournament staying there so they just shrugged their shoulders and apologized. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone especially older folks who come after Labor day.

It was a little dated and had no elevator. Overall the staff was wonderful and friendly. The facility was clean and close to alot of things. Would definitely stay here again.
