Lousy internet and crappy service.

I had booked a room with a view of the bay. They did not tell me their internet was not working correctly. The 1st night I told them I was having issues.. man at the desk I don't think he understood me. SO the next day still more off than on with the internet- it would boot off about every 2-3 minutes. The young man at the desk, very helpful- told me it was prob my room, offered a new room- no view but had internet, kind of, said I could move to a different room on the bay, next day. Well that did not happen! The girl was quite rude! I talked to the manager the next morning- he admitted internet issues but did nothing to resolve my room. SO I paid $109 a night for a view, ended up in a $88 a night room and NO refund, as I had "requested the change" Yes because no internet and was promised a different room but it never happened. Also I requested maid every 2 days- NOPE not even once although I was in the crap room for 3 nights!
