One bedroom Townhouse unit at The Cove Resort just outside Hyannis: Week 28 July

Cape Cod's premiere resort warmly invites you and your family to experience the charm of New England. This will be the first time in 30 years we have not used this unit during prime week 28. If our luck holds for you, the weather will be outstanding. We have occasionally gotten one day of rain – mostly no days. Fingers crossed for you. There’s plenty to keep you busy for the week and you’ll wish you had more time. There are some fabulous beaches – some close by which the resort has discounted beach passes to. Some you will have to get up early if you want a parking spot. You can seek out antique shops in the quaint villages of Cape Cod, walk along nature trails by dunes, bird watch at some picturesque locations, and sample some of the finest "Chowdah" Cape Cod has to offer.

There’s Whale watching, day trips to the famous islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, fishing, bike riding (they let you bring and lock them in a secure location), sailing, golf and quiet moments await you here on Cape Cod while staying at The Cove at Yarmouth! And for not so quite moments – P-Town is an hour away and is always a must. Quiet and subtle during the day, Exhilarating and always entertaining in the evening. On site there are two outdoor swimming pools and one Olympic size indoor pool with a hot tube, fully-equipped fitness center, spa, scheduled activities, indoor tennis and pickle ball courts and a lot more. There is a Restaurant overlooking the indoor pool and a pool bar serving the two outdoor pools. The pool bar has entertainment from 5 to 7ish. Some is quite good – but you be the judge.

Unit Description:
Unit 504 is a one-bedroom townhouse unit. The master bedroom is up-stairs [please note the stairs are step and narrow – if you have difficulty with stairs this unit is not for you]. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The sofa was upgraded last year and is surprisingly comfortable. I speak from experience. Additional amenities include a kitchenette, a dining area, and two full bathrooms. The recent upgrade to the bathrooms include heated mirrors. The showers are large with two nozzles on opposite walls. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two. This unit overlooks the private woodland and marsh area in the back. Our kids would name the rabbits – there are many and they have grown accustomed to humans – but not enough to get within a few feet.

This resort offers its guests a fitness center. The front desk is open around the clock.
