Nice to grab breakfast in the morning. 5 minutes to get into Yellowstone. Staff were very helpful. Shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance. Nice option after driving and hiking in the park all day.

We stayed at 3 hotels during our trip and this was by far the best. It was clean, spacious, the breakfast was good, and the front desk was so kind and helpful. The Grizzly Discovery Center is right across the street and is a fun time.

Service matters. I'd give this hotel 5 stars if not for the staff at the front desk when we checked in (and every afternoon thereafter). Our room was large and comfortable with charming decor. The complimentary breakfast always had plenty of tasty options. Everything was immaculately clean. The two women at the front desk when we checked in were the opposite of warm and welcoming. One of them just looked at us like we were interrupting her conversation with her coworker, while the one who spoke and checked us in was surly and borderline rude. I can't understand why this lovely hotel would have these two people representing them.

Great location! Staff are very friendly and attentive. The room itself is good and comfortable however they are quite dated and could use some upgrades. Especially the bathroom which seemed to have some mildew and mold spots. Breakfast was quite good and the pool was a great add on!

The bed was uncomfortable, and the breakfast wasn't good. The location was very close to the entrance of Yellowstone. This hotel caters to the tour buses. So be prepared for long waits when one arrives.
