Check-in was slow. I had called in to have the keys ready for the group.But each key had to be signed and paid separately. Also, the breakfast was weak and when I needed to throw out trash from my car, they told me to go all the way around the hotel to the trash bin, which was locked, which was not good. Customer service. would recommend 3 bear lodge. Which rooms are not as nice but breakfast buffet is amazing.

We had a bad experience with the bathroom condition. The tub was not draining properly and the water during shower and after shower wouldn't drain on its own. We had to press the knob of the drain till the water drained out which was taking a long time. We requested maintenance but the front desk didn't bother to fix the problem. As the tub was remaining dirty due to this issue we requested housekeeping but still they didn't bother. They said there was only one housekeeping person. Inspire of paying high rate we had to deal with a broken and dirty bathroom during our 4 day stay. I asked for the manager but the front desk said it was too late at night and she would inform the manager next day. But the manager didn't bother to call. I travel a lot but have rarely come across this kind of attitude towards customer. Very poor service.

It was terrible. When we first got there we asked for rooms close to each other and was asked if we booked through a 3rd party. When we said yes she said well that’s why and we can’t do that for you. We have always booked those Expedia and have never had a problem before. They put us on separate floors at the opposite ends of the building. She said you don’t need to be in your room anyway you can just sit outside together. She was incredibly rude. We checked out a day early because we could not stay there any longer. When I asked for a refund for the second night I was told that I needed to ask Expedia as they could do nothing for me. I have never been treated so rudely. I even got a call the next morning and when I said I was treated rudely I didn’t even have to give a name because the manager knew who I was talking about. Anyway needless to say will not be staying there again!!

The property and room were very clean. The space for the restroom and sink was very tight which could have been better. There was no battery in a very old smoke detector in the room. It was still a nice stay and the cleanliness was appreciated.

Nice property just a little outside of town.

Nice property with clean and comfortable room. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast for size of location. Only oddity is that there is no onsite laundry, but they utilize the facilities of the KOA campground next door that can be busy at times.

We loved our room. Looked newly renovated. Cozy and clean. The staff was 10/10 so nice! They had free breakfast with plenty of outdoor tables. The mornings were cool but the tables were in the sun and it was amazing and a nice view of the mountains. If you want to be right in town this is not the place for you but if you don't mind a 10 minute easy drive and want to stay somewhere quite and cozy I highly recommend. Would definitely stay again if we travel out west!

I didn't like that they don't change the blankets during your stay, or towels, unless you request, even for 1 week, and the variety of breakfast, but it was a good stay overall.
