Cheap and cheerful. Served the purpose which was literally to arrive late from London, sleep and visit the University. Very small rooms. Need more hooks to hang things. Only 2 in room with no table/shelf so had to put stuff on floor. No hair dryers. But modern and you pay extra for WiFi, TV breakfast

Slow check in at 3pm. I tried to check in first of all twenty minutes early, but was not allowed too despite rooms being ready. Then it was so busy at 3pm they were struggling to cope. they should have staggered the check in. You are not allowed to watch television in your room unless you pay extra. PIN locks TV just for basic free channels ! No chair or wardrobe or anywhere to put stuff down. they use the line that we are a super budget hotel, but others nearby were the same prices and allow you to watch TV.
