Golf course 1.6 km, gondola lift, skisport facilities 300 m, ski school 1.8 km, cross country ski track 1.8 km. Nearby attractions: Salvenaland 7 km, Kitzbüheler Innenstadt 17 km, Casino Kitzbühel 17 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: SkiWelt Brixental. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Kreuzjöchlsee 2 km, Schwarzsee Kitzbühel 15 km. Hiking paths: wandern und radfahren ab Haus möglich. Please note: suitable for families. On the estate animal husbandry. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
