Terrible

To start we were given the wrong keys so we had to wait to check in for the owner to show up. We get in the apartment, and everything is old. Worn. Mismatched. There was a smell of mold especially in the bathroom. Keys don’t work right in the door; you have to jiggle and play and even then my daughter couldn’t get it to work. Drains in the sinks drain so slow. The listing says laundry and soap provided but the soap was old and clumped together and the dryer didn’t work. The AC in the second bedroom leaks like a hose. Beds are old and uncomfortable. The 3rd bedroom has glass doors that don’t close properly. The communication isn’t even through the owner, it’s through the cleaning company. So any issues your to contact them and they contact the owner which led to me just being left on read majority of the time. Just a big mess for the amount of money you pay.
