Everything about this hotel is to be recommended. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable. We had an excellent sleep after a long flight. The shuttle bus from the airport was easy to find and runs until the last KLM flight arrives. The hotel also runs a shuttle every 30 mins to the V&A Waterfront, costing 150ZAR. All the saff were very friendly and helpful. There was a wide choice of hot and cold food for breakfast.

Waiter got my dinner choice wrong and I only found out after a very long wait.The food was not great when it was finally delivered. The hotel is over priced and its green credentials are more about money saving for the owners rather than anything useful for the guests. The air con could not be controlled either!
