This charming holiday home, complete with a spacious garden, is located just outside the welcoming village of Westkapelle. Built-in 2020, the house is in excellent condition. The expansive beach, scenic creek, and village center are all within walking distance, making this home the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in Zeeland.


This holiday home is spread over two floors. The living room features a tiled floor with underfloor heating for added comfort.

There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom includes a shower and sink, and there is an additional toilet and a washing machine in the house for your convenience.

The home is pet-free and in a peaceful, natural setting near the dunes. It is easily accessible, with on-site parking available. There is also a bicycle shed, and the property boasts a lovely garden with a terrace, offering the opportunity to enjoy one of the sunniest spots in the Netherlands.

Westkapelle is a charming village located in the municipality of Veere, situated at the westernmost tip of the former island of Walcheren. The village is renowned for its iconic lighthouse and the impressive Westkapelle Zeedijk, a 5-kilometer-long seawall that protects the coast.

In the heart of the village, you'll find a variety of amenities, including a supermarket, bakery, butcher, drugstore, and bicycle rental shop. There are also several souvenir shops and a range of restaurants offering plenty of dining options.

Westkapelle is conveniently located near other popular seaside towns, such as Domburg and Zoutelande, both just a short distance away. For a city experience, the provincial capital of Middelburg and the lively city of Vlissingen are only a 20-minute drive from the village, making Westkapelle an ideal base for exploring the region.

Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. During the holidays, only weekly rentals are available.Payment is required in advance.Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the keys to the same location where they were collected.Baby cots, if available, do not come with bedding, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. Your booking will indicate if this applies.Overnight guests must be registered in advance, and only with approval can they stay overnight, subject to an additional charge for bed linen and tourist tax.Pets may be allowed, depending on the property. Please check the details in advance. Pet owners are responsible for their dogs and must ensure they do not disturb other guests or neighbors.Youth groups are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
