Within the Coconut Grove cluster, Villa Grove offers a seamless mix of indoor and outdoor living. Expect covered terraces, an Italian kitchen, and a secluded private pool area within manicured gardens, with peaceful views across the golf course. Inside, the unique octagonal living space and 6-seater dining area open directly onto the pool deck, setting the stage for long lunches, sunset cocktails, or lazy afternoons in the sun.

All three bedrooms are en-suite, beautifully styled, and fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans for those who prefer a natural breeze. A wonderful Villa in Paradise

Luxury Villa, luxury resort, world class surroundings all wrapped with a paradise shaped bow. Cannot speak highly enough of the property, its surroundings, the cleanliness, the facilities and the helpfulness of everyone on site. Janelle the housekeeper also needs a special mention too for all her help and assistance.

Fabulous Villa overlooking 10th fairway

Coconut Grove #2 is the best 3 bed villa we have stayed in at Royal Westmoreland! The position is perfect, in a quiet cul de sac overlooking the 10th fairway, a short walk to the clubhouse and sanctuary . The refurbishment has been done very tastefully, the 3 bedrooms are large and the outside space is lovely and private. The Villa is very well-equipped and feels like a home from home. Very much enjoyed our stay and will return!

**FANTASTIC!!**

This place is an absolute gem. The photos look good but the reality is even better! Big rooms, great furnishings, well equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean, great outdoors spaces with pool and beautiful garden. What I really appreciated too was the attention to detail: everything worked perfectly and was of high quality. Being part of Royal Westmoreland was added bonus: you can walk to a great resort pool and it is a 10 min drive to the resort beach club. John was also the perfect host, responding to all my queries in a timely manner and providing insights more generally e.g. the need to make restaurant reservations several months in advance over the Christmas period. We are regular vrbo users and this is the best place we have stayed in to date. Highly recommended!!
