Windfall is a beautifully designed five bedroom villa sleeping up to ten guests, offering a refined take on contemporary Caribbean living within a private gated enclave on Barbados’ west coast.

The villa features two generous master suites, complemented by three further guest bedrooms with three king beds, one queen and one twin, each with its own ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and thoughtfully equipped with ceiling fans, in room safes, Bluetooth speakers and hairdryers, ensuring comfort and ease throughout your stay.

At the heart of the home is a striking open air indoor pool, designed for privacy and year round enjoyment. A retractable canopy allows the space to be fully shaded when desired, while the surrounding layout keeps the pool visible from the main living areas, ideal for families travelling with children.

The main living and dining spaces flow seamlessly onto an expansive pool deck, creating an effortless indoor outdoor environment for entertaining. In addition to the principal dining area, the villa offers a relaxed bar setting, a charming gazebo dining space seating ten, and a kitchen breakfast bar well suited to casual meals or younger guests.

Lovely villa for a group holiday

High quality villa, equipped with everything you need and lovely, friendly staff. The chef was great, and very accommodating to our group's needs. Jessica made our arrival simple, and went out of her way to ensure everything was well organised. Thank you.

Family vacation

We have just arrived home from a most fabulous vacation stay at ‘windfall’. The villa was exactly as advertised on site, I was delighted as I am a bit of a clean freak and this villa met my standards. The house is very well designed and the pool area was great as it became the centre point of the house, there was always one of the family relaxing in this area. Dario our chef was just fab, I even brought home a few Bajan recipes. We really used the house to it’s full,, we went to the races one day and catamaran cruise another, but most of our time was relaxing around the house playing games ,etc. We love to travel and hop from place to place when we go away but this holiday was planned for relaxing and just been together as kids are all older and time together is rarer and more precious now. This was the perfect house to do so, I’ve been told by them all to book it for 2 weeks next time😁 I was a very happy mom to hear that, yippee. Jessica the house manager was very helpful but to be honest we didn’t need to contact her throughout our stay because she had the foresight to have everything just perfect for our arrival. Wifi went down once and Jessica had it seen to promptly, no messing there. There were tears upon leaving as my daughter headed back to New York and we all headed back to Ireland, we didn’t want to leave each other and I have to say the house was a big part of enabling us to have a holiday where everyone could have their own space but could also be together when they wanted. Thank you Jessica it was amazing.

Warm welcome assured

A warm welcome and first class service from Jessica, whose knowledge of the activities available for our grown up kids proved to be a tremendous help. From free diving and spearfishing to catamaran day trips and yacht charters for fishing, so much fun was had by all! Kirk the chef was a star too... we all enjoyed the meals he prepared and the thought and effort he went to to surprise us with his skills, superior to eating out ! The team of ladies who kept the house clean and comfortable were professional and accommodating. Garden was always tidy too Photographs of the property online are a true representation of the accommodation and rooms were smart, comfortable and well appointed. Sunset views from the upper cocktail lounge between the two Master suites were breathtaking. We enjoyed a fantastic holiday here, a true home away from home. Thank you so very much!

Great Family Vacation

The property was perfect for both families with 2 master suites and three other suites for the kids. The layout of the property was great with numerous casual seating and eating with even a more formal dining room. We were only planning on using the chef a couple times but ended up using him a lot more. We all enjoyed eating at the house more than eating out (quicker, easier, a lot better service and significantly better tasting). We would highly recommend this property and all of the staff. Thanks for an AWESOME vacation!!!
