28.7 miles to Highlands Ranch Resort for beautiful views and outside dining.

Our HOA includes use of lakefront and lawn.
Whole home is rented except owners closet in hall near the front door.


The main level includes a small 4th bedroom with a queen bed. A large bath with shower and tub. A full size kitchen with gas stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge with icemaker and water dispenser. A large dining area and step down to the great room with plenty of seating and TV.
A curved stairway takes you upstairs to the 3 bedrooms and batroom with double sinks and shower. Bedroom 1 has a king. Bedroom 2 has a double and a twin. Bedroom 3 has 2 queens.

Very limited options for transit.

Trash is located up the stairs to the left of the carport.
Launch at Big Cove or Knotty Pine.
