To the outside is an open front patio and a rear, enclosed garden with lawned area and patio, One car can be parked outside the property, with additional parking in the pub opposite. Duck Cottage offers just the break you need in a wonderful part of Dorset. One well behaved dog is welcome at Duck Cottage. PLEASE NOTE: Electric Vehicle charging is not permitted from this property. Sutton Poyntz is a small village on the outskirts of Weymouth, sitting beneath the George III chalk horse that is carved into the hillside. At the centre of the village is a duck pond, and the Springhead pub. Weymouth and its golden beach is close by and just 13 miles away are the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.
