The hosts treat you more like family than a visitor, they are very helpful, warm and friendly. They also have an excellent knowledge of the local and wider area and are very happy to assist in every way. I don't think I've stayed anywhere this spotless in my life, it's a well looked-after hotel.

Outstanding hospitality. Exceptional B n B!

Pros: Everything, but especially the friendly family who run it.

Cons: Personally I can't think of anything that would have improved my stay.

Location: Close to beach, town, pavilions.

Even given the amazing reviews of this place that I'd read before staying, it still managed to surpass my expectations! Perfectly comfortable, everything beautiful right down to little finishing touches. What really makes it though, is that it is family run, and your hosts are some of the nicest friendliest people I've ever met. They genuinely strive to make your stay wonderful. Great breakfast too. Also it's very conveniently located- easy to park (given free permit), very near town, beach, pavilion. I'd be surprised if there is a better B n B!
