This location was ideal in so many ways. On arrival claire was there to greet us and showed us to our room. This was a lovely clean and well seized en-suite room it even had a balcony to be able to sit outside which was really quirky. They were both available if you needed any help or advice on where to visit/eat etc. Mark was on hand for breakfast each morning which offered a variety of choices from fruit, yoghurts, cereal to toast,a full English and much more which was just delicious and offered lovely sized portions. I would recommend The Cumberland to anyone visiting Weymouth it’s a few minutes walk to the town, buses and local restaurants and situated just by the jubilee clock with amazing sea views. It’s a must when visiting Weymouth and such a lovely warm welcome from the start. Highly recommended

The rooms were bright and clean... the whole property was lovely. We had the best breakfast I’d ever had in a guest house with choices of fresh fruit, muesli, cereal, toast, jams, fresh fruit juices and a full cooked breakfast to your liking. Excellent service throughout our stay, the guest house is situated in the perfect place for the beach and shops . We will definitely be going back Perfect Xx

This was our 2nd year at this Lovely hotel. Rooms bright and clean with everything you need. Close to town but not noisy. Can not recommend enough

We had a lovely warm welcome. The room was a lovely size, fantastic location on the sea front. The breakfast was delicious.

There was nothing to dislike. Mark was a really nice friendly person. Nothing was too much trouble. He took our luggage to the Room as we were two nans with a six year old grandson - while we went back to the car for the odd bits and pieces.
