Warm welcome by the host, explained everything you need to know. The bed was really comfortable, room was spacious and tidy, even had a fan which was welcome as the nights where in the 20s. Breakfast was gorgeous, cereals,full english or if you asked for anything similar they'd do it, the coffee was lovely, they also catered for the continental visitors. Spacious car park and a nice ten minute walk to the seaside. Overall i would recommend The George and would certainly visit again.

Lovely stay in Weymouth

We enjoyed a flying visit to Weymouth. The George B&B is on the quieter side of town, but that suited us. Parking was easy. The owner was friendly and welcoming. Weymouth town centre is pretty vibrant. It's about a 20-minute walk to the pubs and restaurants. It's a town built for tourists. For anyone who is interested, the George B&B is very close to the parkrun. It's probably quicker to walk to the parkrun than drive. All in all, very convenient.

Lovely B&B with handy onsite parking

My accommodation was a lovely large double on the third floor with a separate private shower room. It was in a really good location about 5 minutes walk from the sea front. Quiet, comfortable bed and lovely hearty breakfast

Very pleasant stay, friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Room clean - just the felt the decor was a little tired - but understandable in the current economic climate. Great that there was parking available. Great that it was dog friendly. Very convenient for the sea front.

A short and happy break.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was as big or small as you wanted, and perfectly cooked. All in all, a very pleasent and comfortable stay. Plenty of on-sight parking, but beware of the narrow entrance gateways and large step up from the pavement!

A GEM!!!

An excellent find - Great well appointed room, very clean and a very comfy bed. Bathroom was very clean and an excellent shower. Little touches like biscuits and chocolate treats were totally unexpected but gratefully received. Staff were very polite and provided an excellent service. The included breakfast was great. Overall 5*. I will certainly stay again when in the area.
