The house features a king bedroom with ensuite, two queen rooms, and a kids’ bunk bedroom, sleeping six adults and two children. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The lounge has an open wood fire and French doors leading to a sun-drenched front deck, partially covered for rainy days. A dining room with a large window overlooks the fish pond, fruit trees, and native bush.

For entertainment, the rumpus room offers an arcade game loaded with classics and a dartboard. Outside, multiple entertaining areas include BBQ facilities and an outdoor brazier for cozy evenings under the stars. Kids can ride bikes, climb trees, or play in the bush, while ample parking allows space for multiple cars and a boat.
