The home features three well-appointed bedrooms: a master suite with a king bed and ensuite, and two twin bedrooms with two single beds in each. Each bedroom has easy access to a deck, enhancing the connection to the serene surroundings.
Comfortable in every season, the house includes a heat pump for year-round climate control. The setup is perfect for couples or families, with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and convenient laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer. Private off-street parking adds to the ease of your stay.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the cold-water outdoor shower before unwinding on the deck or indoors. The property is just a 10-minute stroll from Whangamatā’s main street, where you’ll find popular restaurants, cafés, and shops.
Located just 50 meters from the white sands of Whangamatā Beach, you’ll have easy access to activities like surfing, swimming, and paddleboarding. Nestled at the eastern end of the Coromandel Peninsula, this beach house also serves as an excellent base for exploring the area’s many attractions.
