Took a long time for someone to answer my phone call when I called due to error with book. The gentalman that answer was polite and accomidating and was able to update my booking. When I came to check in, I had to wait a while from someone to come to the counter. There was no bell to ring or something to notify a staff member that a customer was there. The check in process did not take long. However, when I went to my room to door was partial broken and the key card did not work. I had to go back to the front desk, and again I had to wait a long time until someone came to the desk to help me with a new key card to get into my room. The beds had stains all through them. On the sheets, mattress and pillow case. Though the staff member was polite on the phone and in person, the place as not at all. Would not stay at this location again nor suggest it to anyone.
