For one my name isn’t Andrew and I definitely didn’t make my reservation under Andrew. My name is Ethan and when I got here they had no idea where I’d be staying since I wasn’t in the system. Likely I looked through my emails and seen you have it booked under Andrew something. The front desk women was very nice and helpful finding this information and getting me into my room. The room is nice and clean. The WiFi was a bit tricky and lagging but it’s expected. The whole name thing is a huge issue tho and it came from your end not the hotels end. So hopefully next time I use your service, it uses my actual name.

Stayed here for the night for a concert at the Pavilion at Star Lake. Not even 10 minutes away, which was great! Tons of restaurants in the area which makes it very convenient. Hotel was fabulous!!! Check-in was easy and front desk attendant was very friendly. Room was extremely clean and roomy. Beds were absolutely fabulous....I couldn't stop talking about them! The most comfy bed I've ever slept in and I've stayed in many hotels, airbnb's, etc. Bed, comforter and even pillows were amazing (pillows didn't flatten as soon as you laid on them!). Didn't have the breakfast as we had to hit the road, but it smelled great! Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Over all the interior was clean and comfortable even though the lobby was under construction. Only one elevator for a hotel this size was an inconvenience. Also, heavy construction equipment was on the property and made the entrance to the front of the hotel tight and unsightly.
