Justin (GM) was very accommodating. We arrived a little early and he and his staff did a great job with getting us situated. We drove 14 straight hours and we were exhausted. Second time staying here. Would stay again. Thank you Justin and staff!

Staff were friendly, location was right off freeway so convenient but noisy till midnight. Hotel rooms are updated but floors are paper thin. The person above my room was very loud until about 2 am so we didn’t get much sleep. Staff did try to help.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, and the location was convenient to everything in the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again.

I booked weeks ahead and checked in early through the text link for 2 queen beds. When we got to hotel they only had a one queen bed room and said they were booked and couldn't move us. We were then promised a $25 credit that never came thru and trying to get a hold of the property was impossible. The hotel itself was really nice but it was hard to enjoy the stay.

The main lobby was sparkling clean with nice fragrance. Rooms were also very clean and spacious. The fire pit at the back of the hotel was perfect. Breakfast was good but there were not enough staff and breakfast were not refilled promptly. We found staff to be non-helping. We made 4 requests during our 2 night stay and none of them were resolved. We had 3 rooms and all of them were on a different floor. We requested to accommodate us on same floor but did not happen. We asked for extra towel. We were asked to wait for one hour as towels were in the washer and then it had to go to the dryer before we get it. The remote for the TV was not working. We informed front desk. This was not resolved either. Either they are short staffed or staff is not motivated to do any extra work. However, the hotel has a good ambiance and comfort.

We were traveling in as a family and we did not get the room types reserved and we did early check in too What is point of making a reservation and pre paying if you can't get the correct room type WE HAD to shift the room assignments and while front desk was apologetic the sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable for some of our party
