The location of this condo is great. The condo itself is nice. The kitchen provided what we needed to make breakfast.Our problem with this condo, and why it didn’t get 5 stars is when we booked it, it said it had access to a hot tub. After booking, I read that the hot tub needed maintenance and was supposed to be fixed by February, a month before our arrival. It was not fixed. We would have not rented this unit had we known. The management compensated us for this problem, and we were pleased. When we arrived, we realized that the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The instructions when we checked in told us what to do if we had an issue, so it was a known issue. After following the instructions, which was to unplug and plug in the equipment, we still only had Wi-Fi for 5 minutes or so. We reported it, someone came, but it still didn’t stay connected. We know that other units in the building had strong signals because their networks showed on our devices. There were two doctors with us who needed access to Wi-Fi for their jobs and had to go to the local library during business hours to do their work, which was very inconvenient on ski trip. The TV ran via Wi-Fi, so we couldn't watch our teams play in March Madness.I reported to the management company that we were unhappy with the Wi-Fi and we were further compensated. In the end, the compensation helped. I would recommend if the Wi-Fi is repaired. The hot tub might not be an issue for others, but as skiers it’s important.
