Please note that our building's structural design does not make it suitable for guests with mobility restrictions. There are no elevators and our unit is accessed via a flight of external stairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to make sure that guests who require accessibility are aware and can find a suitable alternative accommodation.

Please note that our payment processor charges us a non-refundable fee. In the case of a free cancellation through VRBO, we will refund only the amount paid to us after non-refundable fees are deducted. This means you will NOT get all of your payment refunded, just most of it.

- Any violations of the above rules will be subject to a $300 fine billed against your damage deposit and can result in immediate eviction.

- According to building bylaw, the renter needs to be 21 or older. Children and teens are allowed.
- Additional $65 cleaning fee for stay over 10 days
