The Space:

Snow settles softly on the peaks beyond your windows as morning light fills the living space. After a day on the slopes, you step inside, hang your gear in the mudroom, and feel the warmth of the indoor fireplace take over. Evenings unfold with mountain views just beyond the glass, a movie playing on the 55" 4K TV, and the quiet rhythm of winter in Whistler all around you.



Living spaces

Designed for gathering and unwinding, this entire townhouse offers two distinct living areas across multiple levels. The main living room features a large sectional and a 55" 4K Smart TV with Sonos Dolby soundbar, creating an inviting setting for relaxed nights in. Downstairs, a second lounge with a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound provides a separate retreat - ideal for movies, games, or quiet reading. Heating keeps the home comfortable throughout the colder months, and portable fans are available when needed.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully arranged for shared meals and easy mornings. Stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and generous counter space make cooking feel effortless, while heated floors add comfort on winter days. Gather at the dining table that seats eight, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. A coffee maker and hot water kettle are ready for slow starts before heading out to explore.



Sleeping arrangements

With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a king-split bed and a private ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, gas fireplace, and access to a private deck, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and wardrobe storage. These two rooms share a separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed and a private ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub. The fifth bedroom features another king-split bed and easy access to a separate bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.



Outdoor & amenities

A patio or balcony provides fresh alpine air and mountain views, and the BBQ grill is available. After a day skiing or exploring Lost Lake trails, unwind in the shared hot tub within the complex. The home also includes in-unit washer and dryer, Wifi, a dedicated workspace, and a safe for added convenience. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrivals seamless, and secure underground parking for two vehicles is complemented by free street parking.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Wonderful property for a group of adults

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. There is so much to love - dedicated parking right at the unit, great entry that can handle winter sports equipment and then 5 well appointed bedrooms. We are often looking for stays that can accommodate a group of adults and this property is great for this. Would highly recommend.

Stained carpets, locked out, tiny bathrooms

I can not in good faith recommend this property, the bathrooms are so tiny, not really any primary room. Came back to find we were locked out; when calling they said they had the wrong date programmed! Whoops! Dirty carpets are So disgusting! Old bike tires leaning against the wall outside, unit is over the garage entrance, and windows at and below ground level. Will never rent from these people again. We do not trust them.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location - easy to walk to the trail and close to the bus stop too. We really loved this home as it gave everyone their own space and hope to be back in the future! The stove does seem to trip the fuse quite often but the neighbors were friendly and showed us where the circuit breaker was!
