The Space:

Snow settles quietly on the evergreens as you return from the slopes, cheeks flushed from the alpine air. Steam rises from the private hot tub while the forest around you grows still. Inside, a wood-burning fireplace crackles beneath vaulted ceilings, creating the perfect setting to unwind after a day on Blackcomb.



Living spaces

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome in Whistler’s Benchlands offers a warm and functional layout designed for winter stays. The main living area features a river rock wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, a TV, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. A second sitting area overlooking the lounge provides an inviting nook for quiet conversation or board games. Heating and portable fans ensure year-round comfort.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes evenings in easy and relaxed. You’ll have everything you need to prepare meals, along with a dining table that seats ten and a breakfast bar for two. Start your morning with coffee from the Breville “Bambino” espresso machine before heading out to ski, or gather around the table for a cozy dinner after a full day outdoors.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level features a primary bedroom with a king bed and private balcony. A secondary bedroom includes a king-split bed that can be configured as one king or two twins. A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo is located nearby. On the main level, the third bedroom offers another king-split bed, along with a second bathroom featuring a spacious shower and single vanity. In-unit laundry adds convenience for longer stays.



Outdoor living

Step outside to the private hot tub deck or onto the balcony equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. A spacious mudroom provides practical storage for ski gear, and a covered carport accommodates one small vehicle, with additional free street parking available.

Situated in the Stoneridge complex, the home offers ski access to Merlin’s Run on Blackcomb Mountain - seasonal and dependent on snow conditions. The free Village Shuttle stops nearby, connecting you to Whistler Village’s shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is available in a covered carport, suitable for one small vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Stoneridge sits in Whistler’s Benchlands, a quiet, forested neighbourhood with sweeping mountain views. The complex offers a peaceful retreat while still providing convenient access to the free Village Shuttle, which stops nearby and connects you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Skiers at an intermediate level can enjoy access to Lower Merlin’s Run, while everyone can take advantage of nearby Valley Trail paths for walking or cycling. It’s a serene base for a relaxed alpine getaway with easy connections to the village amenities.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

We loved the townhouse and the beds and linens were comfortable. The “ski access” is dependent on snow on the bottom half of the mountain but still walkable in ski boots to Merlin’s run where you can ski down to the gondola. Highly recommend this unit.

April Skiing Trip

The property is very appointment and a short walk (300metres) to the ski slope. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware required to prepare all meals in the townhome. There is a hot tub which is really nice to have after a days skiing. The dining room table can seat 10 comfortably. There is one covered parking space and enough room for another car to park using the visitor parking pass which is provided.

Fantastic stay in a lovely Whistler townhome!

My family of four had a fabulous time at Stoneridge 12 and would come back again in a heartbeat. The location was perfect, an easy walk with skis to the slopes and an even better “ski-in” experience back almost all the way to the door, and an easy walk to the village for our kids, ages 9 and 13. The set-up was great, comfortable beds and beautiful decor. They had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. We will try to book again for sure!
