The space
Northern Lights #16 is a three-level townhouse designed for gathering and relaxation. The open living area is framed by soaring windows that capture views of the forest and Whistler Village. A gas-burning fireplace anchors the room, while a 55” Sony Smart TV invites cozy movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and connects seamlessly to a dining area with seating for eight. Granite countertops and stainless steel KitchenAid appliances provide everything you need for easy breakfasts and shared dinners. Air conditioning is available in the primary bedroom, the main floor king-split bedroom, and the living area.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 10 across four bedrooms and seven beds. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, sitting area, 50” Sony Smart TV, and an ensuite with heated floors, a rain shower, handheld shower, and double vanity. The main level includes a bedroom with a king split bed and a nearby bathroom with a shower. On the lower level, one bedroom offers a queen bed, while another includes two sets of twin bunk beds. A lower-level bathroom includes a double vanity, two toilets, a shared bathtub, and a stand-up shower, along with a fourth shower next to the steam room.
Wellness and outdoor spaces
Step onto the upper patio or balcony for fresh mountain air, or unwind on the lower deck in the private hot tub after skiing. A therapeutic steam room provides another way to ease tired legs before settling in for the evening. The home also includes a heated mudroom, indoor fireplace, portable fans, and heating for year-round comfort.

You’ll have a kitchen and dining area, in-unit washer and dryer, wifi, a dedicated workspace, free parking garage on premises, private entrance, self check-in with smart lock, luggage dropoff allowed, and long term stays allowed.
Ski access and location
Guests can reach Whistler Village and the gondolas in about two minutes by car or taxi. Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run, typically open late December through March depending on snow conditions. The ski-in route does not lead directly into the neighbourhood - the trail ends at roughly 100 stairs that guests must descend to reach Northern Lights. Ski-out requires climbing the same stairs and returning via the trail to reconnect with the Lower Olympic Run. This elevated setting offers both proximity to the lifts and a quieter retreat above the village.
Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. The location blends alpine seclusion with unbeatable proximity to dining, shopping, and lifts, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.
