Great stay! They upgraded us to a new room when we arrived. The staff is super friendly and they have a whole bunch of complimentary food and drinks at different times of the day! Felt like royalty at times! The views and lovely and super peaceful stay. A ton of amenities as well. They served ice cream at different times too. Would highly recommend staying here! The room was really nice too. Everything was clean, organized and the washroom was incredibly spacious with a shower and bathtub separate.

Lovely hotel. Some of the staff were a bit apathetic/not helpful especially the brown haired hostess at main restaurant. The pool also seems like it could use a facelift but rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

Absolutely unforgettable experience at the Four Seasons Whistler! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like we were family, and I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and the overall fun yet relaxed atmosphere that made our stay truly special. A big shoutout to Michael and his amazing pool team! They know how to create the perfect atmosphere - fun, but still relaxed. Their attention to every detail made lounging by the pool our favorite part of the trip. Hero, Tom, and Oliver were all so friendly and approachable, and their passion for making everyone feel at ease really stood out. They always went above and beyond to create the best possible experience, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The valet team were such an awesome part of our trip. We had an absolute blast riding with Jack & Riwan! Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable about the area, but they took the time to provide recommendations and gave us the best advice to explore Whistler. It felt like we had personal guides throughout our stay. All in all, the Four Seasons Whistler team truly know how to make you feel at home. The level of service, warmth, and personal touches made our stay one we’ll never forget.
