The Space:

Snow-covered treetops frame your arrival as you step into a space made for unrushed winter days and evenings gathered around the fire. Soft log accents and towering windows bring the surrounding forest indoors, while the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace invites you to settle in after time spent exploring Whistler’s winter landscape. Whether you’re sharing meals, soaking in the steaming hot tub, or finding a quiet moment on the wrap-around balcony, this home offers a comforting retreat during the colder season.



Sleeping arrangements

Six bedrooms are thoughtfully distributed across three levels, offering room for up to 12 guests. The upstairs primary bedroom includes a king bed, two wardrobes, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second bedroom features two twin beds and its own ensuite with a bath/shower combo. On the main level, one bedroom includes a queen bed with an ensuite bath, and another provides a king bed with an ensuite, complemented by a nearby powder room. The lower level holds a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bath/shower combo.



Living spaces

The open-concept main floor creates a natural gathering point, with a wood-burning fireplace anchoring the living area and large windows filling the space with winter light. Comfortable seating encourages long conversations or relaxed downtime, while the media den offers a quieter spot with games and a smart TV. For added indoor fun, the garage includes table tennis, foosball, and darts.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides the essentials for preparing meals, supported by stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The adjoining dining area seats ten, giving your group room to reconnect over shared dishes and unhurried evenings indoors.



Outdoor living

Two decks extend the living space into the crisp mountain air. The wrap-around balcony includes a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and space to enjoy the forest surroundings in cooler weather. On the rear deck, an 8-person hot tub offers a warm retreat with views of the yard and trees dusted with snow.

High-speed WiFi and dedicated workspace options support both leisure and productivity. Washer and dryer facilities add convenience during longer stays, and parking is available for one car in the garage and two in the driveway. The home includes air conditioning, heating, an indoor fireplace, and safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, plus a fire extinguisher. Guests use a private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighborhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.



Getting Around:

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
