During the winter, you can ski within 30 ft/10 M of your front door when returning from the hill. To get to the ski hill, you head to the bottom of the driveway, walk across the street, and the trail is right there!

***Family oriented complex, no loud music or partying will be tolerated whatsoever. Firm quiet hours after 10pm daily.***

- This is a tranquil and semi-residential townhouse complex meant for a peaceful Whistler escape. No partying or loud groups will be tolerated to stay if rules are broken.
- No parties/events whatsoever.
- Strict quiet hours of 10pm daily.
- No smoking anywhere in-home, on balconies or on complex grounds.
- No bachelor or bachelorette parties.
- Absolutely zero tolerance policy at this luxury home.

Far enough up the hill to enjoy the beautiful BC nature and tranquility, while being just steps to the ski hill and only a 5-10 minute commute to Whistler Village via car or frequent & free shuttle that stops at end of driveway in both directions!

Ski, walk or bus. Ski-in/out or take the free shuttle that stops steps from the front door and arrives every 15-minutes get to the Upper Village or Whistler Village. The shuttle only takes 11 minutes to get to Whistler Village.
