This stunningly luxurious home is located right on the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course. Enjoy gorgeous views over the 16th fairway and Green Lake from the spacious open living area as your are cozied up by the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area are ready to entertain. This home is ready to host, with 4 bathrooms, it's truly perfect for your next Whistler getaway!

The home is a just a 1 minute walk to the Harbour Air Seaplane port allowing you to fly directly to the home. The gated community also has a private outdoor tennis/pickleball court and is only a minute walk from the established Table Nineteen Restaurant and Patio at the Nicklaus North Clubhouse. In the winter, the Lost Lake cross country ski trails are just steps away.

*Please note the complex is undertaking a roof replacement project from August 4th 2025 through October 2025. There may be some additional noise at the complex during work hours. It is anticipated that the noisiest period of work on this home will be in August 2025*
