The Space:

Mornings begin with coffee and crisp alpine air, while evenings end beside the glow of the indoor fireplace, the forest hushed after a day on the slopes. Tucked along Blackcomb Mountain in the Painted Cliff complex, this townhouse keeps you close to winter adventure while offering a warm place to return to.
Living space
The main living area is framed by large windows overlooking the forest, bringing in soft natural light even on snowy days. Comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace, creating an inviting place to unwind. A separate TV room offers an additional space to relax after skiing. WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected if needed.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, full-size appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The dining table seats six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar - ideal for casual breakfasts before heading out to the mountain.
Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, forest views, a TV, and direct access to a shared bathroom with heated floors and a glass-enclosed bathtub with overhead shower. The secondary bedroom features a king-split bed and TV. The den includes two sets of twin bunk beds. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. A second bathroom on the main level includes a glass-enclosed shower.
Outdoor & amenities
Ski access allows you to connect to the slopes nearby, with a short walk to Merlin’s Run leading toward the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair when conditions allow. After a day outside, enjoy the shared hot tub within the complex. A private deck with BBQ offers fresh mountain air year-round. Additional amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, free parking garage, private entrance, and self check-in via smart lock.
Neighborhood
Painted Cliff offers a quieter mountainside setting with easy access to Whistler Village by nearby shuttle, making it simple to enjoy dining and après-ski before returning to the calm of Blackcomb.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
