Evenings unfold beside the glow of the indoor fireplace or in the calm of the private hot tub, steam rising into the cold air. From the vaulted lounge to the quiet bedrooms spread across four levels, this townhouse offers space to unwind after time on the slopes or in the village.
Sleeping arrangements
Designed for groups, the home accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and six baths. The upper level holds the primary bedroom overlooking the main living area, complete with a king bed, TV, and ensuite with bathtub and overhead shower. Two additional bedrooms on the lower floors each include a king bed and ensuite. Another bedroom offers twin beds and access to a private deck, while the fifth bedroom includes two tri-bunk beds (double plus twin), ideal for families or friends sharing space. Bathrooms feature a mix of glass-enclosed showers and bath-shower combinations.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen features a gas cooktop, Fisher Paykel appliances, a wine fridge, and generous counter space for preparing meals after a day in the snow. A breakfast bar seats three, and the dining table welcomes ten for shared dinners and relaxed mornings.
Living spaces
The main lounge brings in natural light through expansive windows, framing mountain views and creating a warm atmosphere around the gas fireplace. A media room with a 64" Smart TV and Sonos sound system offers a separate space for movie nights or downtime. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, washer, dryer, heating, portable fans, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair support longer or work-friendly stays. A safe is provided for storing valuables.

A large deck extends the home outward, where a private hot tub and BBQ grill overlook the surrounding peaks and valley. The single-car garage includes boot warmers, with additional driveway parking and a mudroom that makes gearing up for winter days simple and organized. A private entrance adds ease of access.
Ski access
Seasonal ski access connects to the Lower Olympic trail, suitable for guests comfortable navigating approximately 100 stairs when skiing in or out. Ski access typically runs from late December through March, depending on snow conditions. For quicker village access, Whistler gondolas are about two minutes away by car or taxi.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. The location blends alpine seclusion with unbeatable proximity to dining, shopping, and lifts, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.

Other Things to Note:
• Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
