After a day carving turns on Whistler’s slopes, you can slip into the private hot tub on the deck, watching steam rise against the cold. Evenings unfold in warm, relaxing rhythms, whether you’re gathering in the main living area or unwinding in the calm of the upper-floor wellness spaces.
Living spaces
Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows frame the mountain landscape, creating an inviting setting for time together after the snow. The lounge opens to a spacious deck with a private hot tub and BBQ grill, offering a balance of indoor comfort and outdoor winter atmosphere. A dedicated media room with surround sound and a second fireplace gives you a quiet spot for movies or peaceful downtime.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and six beds accommodate up to ten guests. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bath with a soaker tub and heated floors. A second bedroom features a king-split bed and a private balcony. Another bedroom provides a twin bunk bed ideal for younger guests. On the lower level, two additional bedrooms each offer a king-split bed, wardrobe, and ensuite. Extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage support a restful stay throughout your visit.
Relaxation and wellness
The top floor is dedicated to slowing down and warming up after time outside. A steam room, dry sauna, and yoga room with mats and a Bose sound system create a peaceful retreat for stretching, easing sore muscles, or settling into an evening routine.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a gas range, and stainless steel appliances, giving you the tools for home cooking on winter mornings and evenings. The dining table seats eight, with a breakfast bar for three that provides an easy gathering point before heading out to the mountain.

You’ll have free washer and dryer access in the unit, heating, portable fans, wifi, a dedicated workspace, and home safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. A private entrance with a smart lock allows smooth self check-in. Parking includes a free parking garage on premises with gear storage and boot warmers, plus driveway space. Bathroom essentials and a safe are provided for convenience.
Seasonal ski access
Intermediate skiers can reach a seasonal trail off the Lower Olympic Run that connects to the mountain. The ski-in route ends at approximately 100 stairs that lead down to the Northern Lights neighborhood. Ski-out requires climbing the same stairs to return to the trail and reconnect with the Lower Olympic Run. Ski access is typically available from late December through March, depending on snow conditions. Whistler Village and the gondolas are about two minutes away by car or taxi.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. The location blends alpine seclusion with unbeatable proximity to dining, shopping, and lifts, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.

• Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
