The Space:

Snow falls softly beyond the tall picture windows as the mountains settle into winter stillness. You return from the slopes, boots dusted in powder, and warm your hands beside the indoor fireplace while the room glows with late afternoon light. Evenings unfold slowly here - shared meals at the dining table, quiet conversations under vaulted ceilings, and the calm that comes from being steps from Blackcomb Mountain.



Living spaces

Set within the Snowgoose community, this two-level townhouse offers space to gather and unwind after a day outdoors. The open layout brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchen, with scenic views and natural light shaping the atmosphere throughout the day. Comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace, while a TV provides easy entertainment in the evenings. A dining table anchors the space with room for eight, complemented by a breakfast bar for two - ideal for morning coffee before heading out.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is designed for preparing meals at your own pace, whether it’s a quick breakfast before skiing or a relaxed dinner at home. Heated floors add comfort on colder mornings, and the space includes everything you need for cooking and serving. Afterward, the dishwasher makes cleanup simple so you can settle back in by the fire.



Sleeping arrangements

Three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, two closets, a sitting area, and a private balcony. Its ensuite bathroom includes a jetted tub with an overhead shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a bunk bed, with access to a separate bathroom with a bathtub and shower. On the main level, the third bedroom includes two twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and essentials are provided for comfort throughout your stay.



Comfort & convenience

High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or longer stays. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, safe, and heating throughout the home make winter visits seamless. The property features a private entrance, self check-in via lockbox.



Parking & access

Guests have access to free parking garage on premises, free street parking, and an EV charger. An elevator in the building provides convenient access, and paid parking off premises is also available if needed.



Location

In winter, you can ski home via Lower Cruiser Run when conditions allow, returning directly to your mountainside retreat. A short walk connects you to the free shuttle serving Whistler and Blackcomb base areas and the village. Lost Lake is nearby for cross-country skiing during the colder months. Long term stays allowed, making this alpine setting just as suited to extended escapes as it is to weekend getaways.



Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowgoose is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, set in a quiet, forested area near Lost Lake and the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. Guests enjoy ski-in access from Blackcomb Mountain in winter and easy walking or biking access to the Valley Trail and Lost Lake Park in summer. The free village shuttle stops nearby, making it simple to reach Whistler Village and the Upper Village without a car.



Getting Around:

• 15-minute walk to Blackcomb Mountain Gondola

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 10-minute walk to Upper Village

• 5-minute walk to Chateau Whistler Golf Course

• 10-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• Free village shuttle: Exit the complex onto Blackcomb Way and turn left. Cross Painted Cliff Road and the shuttle stop is on the right going uphill



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Snowgoose complex and grounds are 100% non-smoking

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Great Location!

The property is located in a great place on the "5" bus line that gets you to Blackcomb and Whistler villages. The condo was very clean and there was good communication with the management company. A couple of things to consider. There is no hot tub at the condo or in the condo complex. Also, the bathrooms and plumbing in general is quite dated and funky. Otherwise, a great place for a group or family.

Great home - excellent location

This home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed The owners/management company were fantastic to work with. Very responsive and provided timely information. The free shuttle stop is literally in front of the complex which was so convenient. I love to try coffee shops while traveling and Whistler didn’t disappoint. Lift, Moguls and Artigiano were all wonderful. For an amazing dining experience, go to Il Caminetto. La Bocca and Beacon were delicious as well. For a fun evening experience… try “Escape Whistler”!

We stayed with friends for a 5 day ski trip. The condo was located in an ideal location to catch the bus to the hill. The place was clean and well appointed with fresh towels and kitchen utensils. We enjoyed the fireplace apre ski and a comfortable living room space to gather and discuss our ski day. Thanks for a very nice stay!

Whistler townhouse

We very much enjoyed our summer stay in the Blackcomb area of Whistler. The townhouse is very clean, very well located for hiking and golf and the kitchen is very well stocked. We had an issue with parking and the Whistler Platinum crew were very responsive and very helpful. We would happily stay in this townhouse again.
