Featuring one and two bedroom condos in the Upper Village near the base of Blackcomb mountain. Access to the shops, restaurants and après pubs of Whistler Village are but a stroll or free shuttle bus ride away. A year-round heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs and an exercise room, HD cable TV and WiFi are also provided for your enjoyment.

We are Whiski Jack Resorts, born in Whistler, offering vacation rentals in our a hundred units spanning nine properties throughout Whistler, from Village Stroll to forest edge. Since 1979, WJR has been a fixture in Whistler working for our guests and owners to provide a comfortable and memorable stay.

We love Whistler, our beautiful home and love to share our enthusiasm for it with everyone we come in contact with. Be careful though, you might catch us gushing about our home and all the wonderful experiences you can have here. If you need anything, just ask and we will do everything we can to help. Our guests come from all around the world, searching for an affordable and comfortable place to spend a few days or even a few weeks. Our full kitchens and ample living space add to the "home away from home" experience. Many of our spaces include private hot tubs, or at least a shared pool and hot tub. Our properties ensure that no matter what time of year you visit, you'll feel comfortable and well taken care of.

RESORT FEE
We charge $15/ per night plus tax for a fee that covers parking (for 1 vehicle), cable and Wifi, calls within North America, access to pool and hot tubs & Fitness room.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
If you would like a late check-out, we may be able to offer it for a fee. Please enquire with our Welcome Centre to see if it is possible and the fee associated with late check-out.

Whiski Jack Resorts does not accept 3rd party bookings. The credit card holder must be present at the time of check-in.

We reserve the right to relocate guests due to unforeseen circumstances. We guarantee the guests will be relocated to a similar or upgraded property and will advise the guests in a timely manner, if possible.

Key Return

Where provided, all keys must be returned to the Welcome Centre on check-out. If keys or key cards are missing or not returned, the guest is responsible to cover the cost of replacing them for a fee of up to $125. A refund will be given if the keys are found or returned to the Welcome Centre within 7 days after check-out.

Security Deposit

At check-in, all guests will be required to provide a credit card security deposit of $500 and proof of identification. No third party credit cards can be accepted for the security deposit and the credit card used for the pre-authorization must belong to the person occupying the unit. The funds will be released 5-7 days after departure, provided there are no damages, items missing, or extra cleaning required.

Age Requirement

The guest whose name is on the booking must be 25 years or older. Any bookings for guests under 25 years of age must be pre-approved and must sign a no-party policy form. Whiski Jack Resorts retains the right to refuse access or evict guests from any property if the age requirement is not met or if the reservation was made under false pretenses. No refund will be provided in the event of eviction or disallowed access due to age restrictions.

Guests 17 years are younger are free with paying adult.

Housekeeping

All townhomes and condominiums are supplied with fresh towels, linens and toiletries upon arrival. Guests are required to make sure that all dishes are in the dishwasher upon check-out and that no dirty dishes are left out. Guests will be charged an additional fee of rooms are left excessively messy.

Resort Fee

Aspens has included the cost of parking, WiFi, pool and hot tub access and cable TV in the resort fee. Calls within North America are also included.

No Party Policy

Guests may be required to sign a no party policy and adhere to these policies at the discretion of our Welcome Centre team. If damage is caused to the unit or property by a guest during their stay, the guest will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement which will be deducted from the damage deposit taken on check-in. Please refer to the policy.
